Rafting the Truckee River	Truckee River Raft Truckee River Rafting Do it yourself with your own inner tube, canoe, kayak or inflatable. Bring a cooler with drinks and food and have a picnic along the river. Plan on two to three hours with out any stops. Also you can bring footware, squirt gun and personal floatation device. Pack out what you pack in. Bring two cars and leave one near the take out near the River Ranch Restaurant on Highway 89. Put in at The Truckee River Access Park. The entrance is just south of the "Y" in Tahoe City, Highway 89, on the right.
